NOTICE
 

TO ALL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS (NGO/INGO) ENGAGED IN DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES WITH FOREIGN FUNDING

The Ministry of Plan Implementation (MPI) has developed a software programme named the electronic Development Information Management System (e-DIMS) for the purpose of capturing data regarding  aid received for development activities ( covering social, economic and cultural segments) through non-budgetary sources, i.e. aid not channelled through the government budget.

All NGO's/ INGO's (whether registered with the NGO Secretariat or not) will be required to provide data in relation to development activities that are being implemented by such organizations with foreign funds. This information must be supplied to the MPI in addition to the information that may be provided to the NGO Secretariat.

All NGO/INGO are required to submit the information in the format below giving the required information and receive a user name and password to enable on-line reporting.

The information should be forwarded to Mrs.  A. L. S. Nazeema, Assistant Director of this Ministry  (e-mail: nazeema@fabm.gov.lk).
