The Ministry of Plan Implementation has established a country level Community of Practice (CoP) on Managing for Development Results (MfDR) to promote knowledge sharing among the community members on how best to manage and sustain development results. The CoP through active participation of members in a virtual learning network will help to acquire knowledge on MfDR concept and practices.
The objectives of the CoP-MfDR are to:

Strengthen institutionalization of MfDR in the Public Sector through knowledge sharing and networking.

Increase dialogue and information sharing for the dissemination of good practices to build expertise within government on MfDR.

Connecting islands of best practices to promote peer-to-peer learning.

Create a knowledge base of good practices to help community members to improve their knowledge and skills in MfDR in the government.
